This project was the largest industrial sewage treatment plant in Iran that included civil, mechanical and electrical installations of Charmshahr and Salarieh sewage treatment plant in Varamin. Some characteristics of this sewage system were as follows: Total daily refined sewage of 47,561 m3, maximum daily mass flow of 1,020 liters per second; average daily mass flow of 600 liters per second and daily peak factor was 1.7 .

This project consisted of the construction of an additional concrete structure to make safe the elevated water tanks Nos. 2 & 3 in Rasht. Total work done for this project included 5,225 m3 concreting, 16,925 m2 formworking and 783,000 kg bar bending.Once constructed the elevated water tank had a height of 45 m.
